Position Summary: Be a part of a team and perform a variety of warehouse tasks as instructed. Position Responsibilities:
- Load and unload product from truck/trailer/container outside, rain or shine
- Receive and put away product
- Count inventory
- Kit merchandise
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Ship products using UPS/CANPAR/DHL and other computer applications
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by sweeping and mopping of floors, emptying garbage bins, and taking out trash
- Previous record of excellent job performance in productivity, quality, safety, and attendance
- Excellent positive work attitude, strong team player and able to follow instructions
- Reasonable command of English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work with speed while maintaining accuracy
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate computer software
- Commitment to work in a safe manner, not be distracted by cell phones (cell phones are not permitted while at work), and contribute towards a culture of safety
- Must be able to work overtime and flexible to work different shifts as requested
- Previous experience working in a warehouse will be considered an asset
